Photo ID Cards and Digital ID
All students are required to obtain a free Compton College identification card. Compton
College Student ID cards serve as photo identification, and are required for library
services, student activities, access to the Emily B. Hart-Holifield Library and Student Success Center and open computer labs, and to verify attendance in classes.
Your Compton College student ID card is required at the Everytable Cafeteria to receive
your daily free meal, as well as the weekly Farmers' Market to pick up your $20 in
vouchers.
Digital ID cards can be obtained on a student's phone by downloading the TouchNet
360U app and following the directions to activate. Steps to acquire a Digital student
ID can be found on posters at the Welcome Center, on bulletin boards throughout the

Physical ID cards are needed for Nursing, Cosmetology, and CNA students, as well as
students without a smart phone and are available at the Student Development Office
(R-61 across from the bookstore). A $20 replacement fee will be charged for lost or
stolen ID cards.
Once you download and submit your photo, stop by and verify your identity (license,
passport, etc.) at the Student Development Office. If you have any challenges, Student
Development will assist you.
Your digital ID can only be used on one device at a time. If you get a new phone,
please visit the office of Student Development to unregister your previous device
before setting up your digital ID on the new one.
