The Compton Community Health Professions Partnership (CCHPP) brings together schools, colleges, universities, clinics, hospitals, and community organizations to prepare the next generation of healthcare professionals. We are actively partnering with local healthcare providers, hospitals, and funders to be part of this transformative effort.

Clinical Rotations & Job Shadowing Opportunities
Through CCHPP, employers host:
- Clinical Rotations: For nursing, allied health, behavioral health, and other healthcare degree programs.
- Job Shadowing Experiences: Short-term placements for students to observe and learn from professionals in real work environments.
- Apprenticeships: Longer-term, hands-on training opportunities aligned with hiring needs.
