Enrollment Verification

We are excited to announce the availability of FREE Student Self-Service for Enrollment Verifications at Compton College.

Enrollment Verification Certificates may be obtained immediately online through Compton College's Authorized Certifying Agent National Student Clearinghouse, the nation's trusted source for student degree and enrollment verification, for the following uses:

  • Childcare
  • Credit Issuers
  • Employment
  • Health Insurance
  • Housing
  • Scholarships
  • Student Loan Deferments
  • Travel

Third Party Verification Requestors must use Welcome to Verification Services to place an order for any of the above mentioned uses for degree and enrollment verifications. Information is only available for students with enrollment from Summer 2019 to the present.  Enrollment Verifications for student attendance or degrees prior to Summer 2019 can be requested as listed below:

  • Fall 2006 to Spring 2019:   El Camino College Compton Center 
    Form is available on the El Camino College web page: click here
  • Prior to Fall 2006: Email requests to admissions@compton.edu or send a fax to (310) 605-1455 
    Requests must include a Release of Information from the student.

Self-Services

Student Self-Services saves you a trip to the Admissions and Records Office by providing you with the ability to perform the following services securely via the web.

  • Print Enrollment Verification Certificates to send to health insurers, housing providers, scholarship, or other organizations requiring proof of your enrollment.
  • Check the deferment form and electronic notification sent to your lenders.
  • Obtain a list of your student loan lenders and link to real-time loan information.
  • View your enrollment history.
  • View enrollment verifications provided to student service providers at your request.

ENROLLMENT VERIFICATIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE BEGINNING THE 5TH WEEK OF THE SEMESTER OR SESSION

Currently Enrolled Compton College Students (Summer 2019-Present)

  1. Log on to MyCompton and click on the Enrollment Verification tile.
  2. Follow instructions to guide you to the National Student Clearinghouse self-service link with multi-factor authentication.
  3. Provide the requested information and click Finish
  4. On MyHub, select Download Certificates
  5. Select Download Certificate. select the printer friendly icon to print. 

Students No Longer Enrolled at Compton College (Summer 2019-Present)

Those who attended beginning Summer 2019, but do not have access to their MyCompton portal can access enrollment certificates directly through National Student Clearinghouse MyHub portal). 

  1. Log on to Myhub - Home
  2. Select Create Account
  3. Enter Compton College in the college name box
  4. Follow instructions to guide you to the National Student Clearinghouse self-service link with multi-factor authentication.
  5. Provide the requested information and click Finish
  6. On MyHub, select Download Certificates
  7. Select Download Certificate. select the printer friendly icon to print.

Former Compton Community College Students (Enrollment Prior to Summer 2006) 

Enrollment verifications are not available online for students that attended Compton Community College prior to Fall 2006.  Students must submit an Enrollment Verification Form. Please allow two business days for processing requests.  Documentation will be available for pick after 1:30pm on the 2nd business day, or will be emailed to the student.  For additional questions,  contact Rosa Ledesma at rledesma@compton.edu  or call (310) 900-1600 ext. 2042.
