Below are form links for various request that can be made to the Distance Education Department. In order to fill out the forms you will need to log into your "MyCompton" account.

Use this form to request a Canvas Shell for  development purposes.

Course Merge Request

For faculty that are teaching multiple sections of the same course can request that they be combined into a single Canvas Shell.

Additional Users

Faculty interested in adding additional users to their courses such as observers, tutors, or teaching assistants should fill out this form.

Note: the Distance Education Department does not add faculty to courses they are not teaching.

Canvas Live Shells

Canvas liveshells are for canvas shells not related to an official course that require users to be added. This shells can be used for a variety of purposes.

Use this form to extend a course beyond the last day of the semester.
