STEPS TO APPLY TO FYE 

1. Complete the El Camino College Compton Center application: Application for Admission, Be sure to select Fall 2013 as the term.

2. Take the English and Math Assessment Tests: You may take the assessment test at your local high school or the Assessment Center at El Camino College Compton Center (D26). No appointment necessary at the Compton Center.  To be eligible for the First Year Experience you must qualify for English 1A, English 84/A or be eligible for English 50RR and 50WW.

3. You must submit an FYE program application: FYE Program Application Fall 2013

4. You must attend an Information Session.  Please call (310) 900-1600 x2769 or stop by the FYE Office to sign-up. The FYE Office is located in the Transfer Center (D29).

 Sessions are held on Wednesdays from 5:00pm-6:30pm in the Transfer Center (D29)

May 1st, May 15th, May 29th

June 5th, June 12th, June 19th, June 26th

July 3rd, July 10th, July 17th

July 24th, July 31st
