Service Area Outcomes (SAO's)

Service Area Outcomes (SAOs) are explicit statements describing knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or attitudes that a student will be able to demonstrate at the end (or as a result) of his or her engagement in a particular lesson, course, program, or collegiate experience.  SAOs and SLOs are assessed at the Course, Program, and Institutional levels.

Service Area Outcome #1    
Students will be able to understand the elements of Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP), qualitative and quantitative, and how to maintain Financial Aid eligibility.
