Are you a new or returning student, part-time student, full-time student, high school student, working parent, single parent, working adult, lifelong learner, retired adult, or grandparent? Do you need to get up to transfer-level coursework in English and math; or do you need a core math or humanities course to upgrade skills, earn a certificate or degree, fulfill a major requirement to transfer; and do you have a free hour or two? Choose the time that's convenient for you!

Great college-credit humanities and math classes in refresher arithmetic, algebra, (pre)calculus, reading and writing (including literature courses), English as a Second Language (ESL), speechjournalism,  and academic strategies are being offered near you, and classes are offered morning, afternoon, evening, online, and hybrid.

 

Quick Start with 1-2-3-4-5 Easy Steps: 

1. Register and do mandatory orientation. (Click here).

2. Take placement test at the Welcome Center (D27).

3. Visit counselor in the Administration Building to review your educational plan ("Ed Plan").

4. Enroll in available class(es).

5. Pay fees by deadline. (See www.compton.edu > home)
