    Instructions to access the 2009 Code of Conduct

1. Go to the DHS Home Page at http://www.ladhs.org/
2. Click on "Employment"
3. Click on "Compliance Update Training".  (Be careful not to click on the Compliance Awareness Training which is for incoming workforce member ONLY)
4. After you have completed the web-training, you will be prompted to print your Certificate of Completion.  The completed Certificate must be submitted to the clinical instructor. No Exceptions!
